Full final price for the services quoted
This quotation contains a closed price for the related services. However, based on medical criteria it may be necessary to perform some additional services not included.
This quotation is valid for 3 months from the date of receipt. The signed quotation will expire after four months of the signature.
In the case of promotional discounts, they will only be valid in the months indicated in the promotion.
Services not included
Any service not specified in the quotation is not included in the fixed price and must be paid for separately at the time of the service. These possible additional costs, which will be passed on to the patient, cannot be calculated in advance for objective reasons, so that in compliance with article 20 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, for the Defence of Consumers and Users, patients are informed of the fact that there is a possibility of such additional costs. For any additional services or complementary techniques, please consult our Patient Care Department.
Medical indications and cancellation
In case of noncompliance with medical indications, cancellation, and interruption of treatment by the patients or the doctor himself/herself, the patients shall be liable for the cost of the services already incurred. Consequently, the undersigned patients acknowledge and expressly accept to know the amount of the fees and other economic information that has been explained to them by Reproclinic staff, having understood them and having been able to ask all the questions they have considered appropriate, expressing their total understanding and acceptance of the present budget.
*In the case of treatment with us, if you bring a friend or family member, 1 year of maintenance will be discounted. Ask about the many advantages of participating in our ambassador program.
Payment policy and methods
The patient must pay an initial non-refundable deposit of 1.500€ payable at the time of confirmation of treatment. This deposit is considered part of the total cost of the treatment. The next payment is due on the assignment of the embryo. This payment is equivalent to the total cost of the treatment, after deduction of the 1.500€ deposit. The payment of the remaining services not included, required according to your particular case, will be requested by your medical coordinator when applicable (see the services not included). Payment methods: Online payment (secure payment gate), bank transfer, credit card, or in cash (EUR)
Cancellation policy
In case of cycle cancellation, the initial deposit of 1.500€ will be charged and the difference paid will be refunded. If an endometrial preparation for a transfer is started and canceled for medical reasons or by the patient's decision, the corresponding medical costs are to be paid: 150€.
