Did you know that the World Health Organization has declared October 10th as World Mental Health Day?

Exactly 30 years ago, back in 1992, it was first celebrated at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health. This year’s theme is “Make Mental Health & Well-Being for All a Global Priority”, and it’s a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of good mental health.

Stigma is the main reason why many people nowadays don’t seek assistance for their mental health problems, and why they try to fight their battles alone. Of course, getting the right support for your specific case is key. For instance, when dealing with infertility, it’s important that your chosen specialist not only knows about this, but that he or she has had enough experience in this area.

Actually, the concept of psychological support during IVF and embryo transfers is nothing new. In a study of 200 couples from the year 1985, 50% of women and 15% of men reported that the most upsetting experience of their lives was precisely infertility. So naturally, solutions to cope with emotional stress caused by personal difficulties have been long sought.

Reproclinic has always acknowledged the need to provide support to its patients, and, accordingly, it has implemented holistic therapy techniques into its portfolio of services offered. The clinic works with the best fertility coaches who offer everyone the possibility of both on-site and online sessions. Additionally, reproductive reflexology and acupuncture are also available, as they have also proved to help patients be more mindful and feel more relaxed throughout their fertility journey. Our team of professionals is determined to help all those who need relief from their stressful and anxious circumstances, by adopting a personalized integrative approach, which has proved to be the key ingredient to success.
