Interview

Why did you become an expert in fertility?

It goes back to the first year of college when I started studying the cell. Its complexity fascinated me, so much so that when I studied the ovum and sperm, I knew I wanted to know more about these cells. I loved learning how a living being could come out of these cells. This and the fact that I had a relative with fertility problems made me want to devote myself to the world of assisted reproduction.

Why do you feel proud to work at Fertty?

I work with an exceptional team and I have a laboratory with the most advanced technology, which allows us to get excellent results. As an embryologist, I spend most of my time in the laboratory, so I value having a direct relationship with patients. At Fertty this is both possible and appreciated. I really value the special and personal treatment that we give to the couples, each of which has entirely different circumstances.

What is your attitude toward working with patients?

I am very empathetic, so I convey kindness and professionalism. My goal is to give them peace of mind and the confidence that their case is in good hands.

Have you had patients who inspire you?

Of course! There are couples that seem really close, like a team, which I love. They’re convinced they’re going to go all in and do it together.

How do you spend your free time?

I’m passionate about music. I’m a drummer and I play in different bands, so any free time I have I spend studying and rehearsing. I also enjoy mountain biking a lot, and of course, good laughs with friends are always appreciated.

How would you describe your personality?

I’m very outgoing, talkative and responsible. I try to enjoy everything I do: work, family life and my hobbies.
