Psychological support in assisted reproduction processes can be important for those who feel emotionally overwhelmed, who have doubts or fears related to the process or who need resources to know how to deal with this situation.
This support often helps to deal with false beliefs, irrational fears, to reduce certain emotional discomfort or even improve communication and accompaniment in couples.
Psychological support can benefit anyone who wants to dedicate space and time to himself/herself. Anyone can come, of whatever gender, individually or with their partner.
Currently in the center, we offer both individual and couple sessions so that each person can choose the one they feel most comfortable with.
In addition, every month, we carry out group workshops in our center where we meet to share experiences and sensations, collect resources that can help us to better emotional management and to resolve doubts and fears related to the process.
The first psychological follow-up visit is free of charge, and it is so that those who consider it have the opportunity to dedicate this space to themselves, and decide together with the psychologist, if it is necessary to carry out a process or follow-up.
